प्रशासक गंगाबिशन को हटाने का आदेश अवैधानिक, उच्च न्यायालय ने दिया आदेश
by Dolat Suthar - जुलाई 08, 2025 राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय जोधपुर ने याचिकाकर्ता 8 पीएसडी बी, रावला के प्रशासक गंगाबिशन पुत्र सोहन लाल की ओर से दायर एसबी सिविल रिट याचिका संख्या 12160/2025 पर 07 जुलाई को अपना निर्णय दिया है। इसके अंतर्गत याचिकाकर्ता के विरुद्ध शुरू की गई अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई के अंतरिम आदेश पर स्थगन आदेश दिया गया है। संक्षिप्त जानकारी के अनुसार इस मामले में प्रतिवादी हैं - • राजस्थान राज्य, सचिव, पंचायत राज विभाग, राजस्थान सरकार, सचिवालय, जयपुर के माध्यम से। • अतिरिक्त आयुक्त सह उप सचिव-II, (जांच), पंचायत राज विभाग, राजस्थान सरकार, सचिवालय, जयपुर। • संभागीय आयुक्त, बीकानेर संभाग, बीकानेर। • मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, जिला परिषद श्री गंगानगर, जिला श्री गंगानगर। • विकास अधिकारी, पंचायत समिति घड़साना, जिला श्री गंगानगर। • जिला कलक्टर, जिला श्री गंगानगर। इस मामले में याचिकाकर्ता के अधिवक्ता जेएस भालेरिया रहे हैं वहीं प्रतिवादी पक्ष के अधिवक्ता मुक्तेश माहेश्वरी और निशांत गाबा (मुदित नागपाल के लिए) रहे हैं। न्यायालय के आदेश के अनुसार - 01. याचिकाकर्ता के विद्वान अधिवक्ता जे...
